Thank you for your interest in a CUSP Lead School Visit. Please fill in each section carefully. A small charge is applied to cover any costs the Lead School incurs in hosting this event. One Ticket is permitted per school allowing a maximum of 2 attendees. If you would like to request further tickets, please email CUSP@unitysp.co.uk to discuss if this is possible.
